UNAUTHOPRISED SUBSCRIPTION DEDUCTION FROM PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Tenoshare took funds from my account for an option I never subscribed to and mind you the funds are for my son's school fees. The weekly option I do agree but not for a higher option which I never opted for. Was I ****med?

Tenorshare data recovery does not work. Dont wast your money
They claim that their data recovery software is the best but the mislead you as a user. Firstly their app takes ages to scan drives and then even longer to restore the data. Once restored the files and files structure looks correct but non of the files are working. PDS,s word and excel docs, videos, emails. Everything is *******ed. Then they offer you a data repair too at an additional cost.

Tenorshare data recovery does not work. Dont wast your money
They claim that their data recovery software is the best but the mislead you as a user. Firstly their app takes ages to scan drives and then even longer to restore the data. Once restored the files and files structure looks correct but non of the files are working. PDS,s word and excel docs, videos, emails. Everything is *******ed. I purchased the 4UKEY for Android FRP tool on November 7, 2024, hoping to unlock my phone after forgetting the associated email. Unfortunately, the tool failed to work on the first attempt. I contacted Tenorshare's support team, requesting a refund. However, they insisted I try alternative methods, which I did – unsuccessfully – over several days. Despite providing evidence that the tool didn't work on my device, they still refuse to issue a refund. I'm extremely disappointed in Tenorshare's customer support and refund policy. It's frustrating when a product doesn't work as promised, and even more so when the company refuses to take responsibility. I hope others can learn from my experience.

Tenoshare Software Sucks
Good day, this company has the best support team that reads your query but fails to give a refund. There are inadequate facilities or options for you to upload a video, nor will they go the extra mile with an alternative source for you to provide them with visual proof that their mobile/ cellphone software does not work. So to all you readers, stay away from Tenoshare, their software caters to systems backdated to the 19th century and cannot give you the full support expected from customers.

Tenorshare - Untrustworthy
This site is a scam! Extremely disappointed in their service, we downloaded the software and proceeded to try recover our files, they were there but we could not view the photos properly. We were in communication with their support team and once we mentioned we wanted a refund as the software was not working, they went quiet. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE TENORSHARE SITE!!!! They also work under other names as well.

Very Disappointed in Product and Refund Policy
I purchased software from Tenorshare which did not do the job. They advertise that they will refund the money if one is not satisfied, this is met with a support person that tells you that due to misunderstanding the product, and not a software glitch they will not refund the product. But now I cannot get a refund due to this. Tenorshare appears to be dishonest and not clear in communications, and I will never use their products again.
