We have interacted with TLScontact Bloemfontein lately for visum applications. The whole experience from the reception, the capturing of final data and the biometrics was done in a very professional way. Our experience with TLScontact is very positive. Keep it up, you are doing great!

We app**** for a German Visa through the TLS Contact In Durban for Germany. The staff are totally unprofessional, discussing their private affairs in front of clients, they scrutinise your documents like they are the ones that make the decisions, they have and take up your time, without providing you the necessary accurate information of whats to be submitted. They made us make applications for staying a a property, and then change them. When we finally submitted our documentation, we understood that the embassy didnt receive everything, our application was returned, with a visa refusal. Ive travled to more than 40 countries and never had an issue with a visa. The attitude of staff at TLS contact Germany / Belgium is pathetic. They have an entitlement attitude and it feels like an interrogation room. I missed an important business meeting with a large multinational company which would have been worth millions in revenue to both countries, but how do you explain this to someone who just works a 9 to 5, dreading the job they have thinking that everybody that walks through the door must meet an interrogation and probably should not be in a position to be granted a visa. We also have no clue what documentation is submitted to the embassy, Because there is an intermediary between us and the embassy. We are unaware if the embassy fully received our visa application complete or not.

After an absolute horror show experience at Ireland's processing company I dreaded my Schengen Visa application with TLS so much that I asked a family member to join as emotional support. The new Centurion office was a bit difficult to locate as there are many other buildings with flags etc and no signage yet. I noticed the very stark differences Online Booking: This worked, and the descriptions were clear, also appreciated the option to pay at appointment very much. The staff: Here, every single staff member from the gate security to the office cleaners were friendly, and professional and competent. Every stop someone explained the process, helped walk through my application thoroughly, asking questions, checking things off a list that was set. No surprises. Biometrics was a bit of a wait due to lunch time, but the lady there even cut her lunch short to help keep the lines short. The office space: It was clean and tidy. There were printers to help assist those who did not have all the paperwork. There was a clerk that, man, repeatedly with the same patience and kindness attended to every single person that checked in with the same questions. There were enough seats for anyone that needed to be there, even those just accompanying visa applicants. The offices were warmed up it being winter. Aftercare: I received an automated e-mail within the time I was sitting at biometrics. So when I exited the center I had already received notice that they are taking good care of my application as they understand this is a daunting process. Every three days I received an auto-reminder to not panic, the process is sometimes longer than expected. [I cannot tell you the stress of waiting for 12 weeks on Ireland's zero communication vs Germany's reassurance contrast]. Not even two weeks my application was done, run through their system and my passport returned. I thought getting it would be a good measure, but the same exact kind, professional and friendly service from everyone. Even though there were anxious clients who's process had glitches from the embassy. The staff were calm and compassionate. Payment: Bonus was, not only was the payment of TLS processing fee 40% less than that of it's competitors, the processing cost in office was even lower than the website advised it would be.

The TLS call centre sucks! I missed my appointment in Cape Town on 25.6 and am trying to rebook an appointment. I phone them four times so far and these are the instructions I received: 1. Change your email address and reregister 2. The next day - don't change your email address the appointment will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours 3. The next day - I will send an instruction to cancel your application - wait 48 hours and then rebook. 4. Today - You have to use a Microsoft Edge browser, then log in and delete your application.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by TLS. My cousin recently app**** for a visa through their offices to visit her parents in Belgium. From the outset, the communication has been inadequate and unprofessional. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no clear information regarding the status of her application. When she visited the TLS office in person to inquire—given that her intended travel date is fast approaching—she was informed that her documents had been forwarded to the Belgian Consulate. However, upon contacting the Consulate, she was told that the documents were still with TLS. TLS has made it nearly impossible to obtain accurate information, as they do not provide accessible contact details. We have sent multiple emails, and when we do receive a response, she is merely redirected to another person, with no resolution or accountability. It is deeply concerning that there appears to be no reliable system in place to track submitted documents. This experience has not only caused significant stress but has also raised serious concerns about the reliability of TLS’s services. Even more troubling is the fact that my cousin is a travel agent who is expected to guide clients through the visa process. Based on this experience, she can no longer, in good conscience, recommend TLS to others.

I was double charged for the Visa application fee of R465. You have to PAY this fee in order to even GET AN APPOINTMENT. AT the appointment the consultant charged it AGAIN. It has now been THREE WEEKS of my trying to get my money back without ANY response from these people...

I booked an appointment for biometrics on the TLS website for an Australian visa. The site allowed me to make a booking for 16 days ahead (I was going to be travelling for business so could not book earlier). Australia declined my application as the biometrics had to be done within 10 days. I had to reapply for the visa at considerable cost, and also had to rebook the biometrics with TLS. TLS assured me that i could apply for a refund of their cost, which I duly did on 29 August 2024. My reference number is AUCS-21049. I have followed up repeatedly and have got nowhere. I cannot escalate to anyone, and the standard responses they send go nowhere. I am at my wits end.
