I dealt with Chane Prinsloo, she's very friendly and so so helpful. Explained the whole process so well and was in constant communication with me. Would highly recommend. :)

OFF CHOCOLATE SLAB
I bought 2x Rolo Slabs of Chocolate, when i opened the one, the whole one side of the chocolate was off, i know chocolate goes this color when it goes off. Really not impressed at all and it had a strange taste, the Expiry dates for both are 31/10/2025, so why does the chocolate look like this????

****s and worst ever service
Extremely bad service!! Been talking to consultants for almost 2 months now regarding my retirement annuity, spoke to NUMBEROUS people and each of them told me that I'd be getting my pay out this month. Filled in the forms and sent them through Only then to be told NO sorry you won't be getting any money. My policy was sent to the *specialist* department for review and iv been trying to call the whole week for updates but the woman iv been dealing with has been in 'meetings' which I think is BS, she's obviously trying to avoid me. I will NOT stop until I get my money that Iv been paying!!! This is the worst service I have ever received!! I would never recommend Momentum to anyone.

Vacuum sealed pack and chemical smell
We always always buy Maggi 2 minute noodles for our kids, my husband wanted to make one and when he opened the bulk packet, there was 1 pack that was vacuum sealed which is very odd because we've never had any noodles vacuum sealed. And when my husband opened it, it smelled like chemicals. So he he open another bulk packet to see if it the smell was the same and that packet was normal. Really not impressed because my kids love maggis noodles.

Green spots of mould in yogurt!
We usually buy the parmalat yogurt for our kids, almost every 2 weeks we purchase 2 packs of 6 yogurts. This one is particular only expires in January 2023 and I found green spots of mould in it. Thank God I saw it before I gave it to my daughter. Really not impressed at all. I have photos of it.

Very bad quality couches!
We purchased an L shape couch from furniture Mart about 2-3 years back, the quality is horrible! We've had to get the cushions inners replaced because the sponge inside became pieces and just went everywhere, now the couch is tearing, when we just touch the section of the tear it tears more!! Very bad quality!!

HR and Accounts very Rude people.
Worst Company to ever deal with, Most of their employees are very rude, don't assist clients when they need to, specially the HR and Accounts department, they think their **** dont stink. The only helpful people there are the guys who work on the network, very friendly and helpful. The owner of this business most definitely doesn't know how to look after his employees. Such a Shame.

Disappointing service and terrible communication
I contacted this agency almost 5 months before (middle of the year 2020) my baby was born with all my documents that needed to be submitted and and they kept coming back to me with a problem but they didn't explain in detail what the problem was, they never answered their phones and took Days to reply to emails. Not helpful at all, so I went through another agency and she sorted my stuff out within a month when little Monkeys still to this day (now in March 2021) have not even tried to help me. Not very impressed with them at all.

Best service and so helpful
After not receiving any help from the previous maternity agency, I went through UIF Queen and she was absolutely awesome!! She found the problems for me and sorted them out so quick, very professional and so friendly!! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs any UIF help.
