I complained about the new improved taste of Nescafe coffee it tastes awful, even the smell is not the same, So a Nestle consultant phoned me, while on the phone he sent me 2 x R150 wi codes and 2 x R30 wi codes, while on the line I had to confirm I had received the codes, witch I did get. On Sunday I go to my local Checkers and while at the counter I give my codes, but only ONE code of R150 worked, I stood their at the till like such a fool, very imbatrased and hiliated while the teller was unable to access the other 3 codes, knowing I had just received these codes, I did not take extra money with me, looking like a fool, because 3 of the codes did not work.... I had no way to verify why they were not working Nestle please ensure you do not cause further humiliation while giving invalid wi codes it is not fair. !!

We bought 4 Rolo chocolates branded to nestle and all 4 of the chocolates had live worms in it that is a serious health risk for the internet states this type of worms must not get in your system. After this experience with no assistance from this company we will not buy any products from this company

Nestle Nan opti pro formula no 2 Misleading mom with different milk measurements One tin says 200ml to 8 scoops and then a different tin same milk says 150 to 6 scoops Website says 200ml to 6 scoops This has caused a very unhappy baby due to mix feeding him Nestle has rep**** by saying the milk feeds increase to the volumes Which doesn’t make sense

Today is the 14th feb bought the milk the 12th of Feb My aunty who is looking after my daughter makes the bottles like normal swirls and she drinks started to see her throwing up I made her a bottle saw the milk spilt in the bottle water and formula can literally be seen spilt in the bottle almost like the milk was old or sour milk Daughter was not feeling well and throwing up and having discomfort because of the upset stomach from drinking this specific formula from this tin never had a problem with it before because it is her regular brand of formula

I am absolutely dissapointed as I have purchased a 2lt farm house ice cream and a 5lt ice-cream I am absolutely dissapointed with the condition of the cream. The cream was frozen an looks like defrosted an was frozen again. The ice cream had full ice in it an the 2lt was tasting sour. I always purchase farm house ice cream an I'm absolutely dissapointed. I want this matter to be resolved urgently.

Milo was always my favorite drink... Now it just taste like any other hot chocolate, something is missing or lacking in this drink... I wish companies can just leave a winning combination, but no it's like they can't enjoy the success, they always want more... How sad

Purchased Nestle Espresso concentrate rich aroma blend 500ml from Pick'N Pay, well I know the difference between what espresso and instant coffee smell and taste like and this espresso concentrate is definitely instant coffee mixed with water. What a **** to be cheating customers by pretending to sell espresso when it's just concentrated instant coffee. Seems as though Nestle quality is down the drain in this new South Africa, they really don't care.
