So I bought a box of pies almost a month ago now, and when i opened the box th epies were brocken, I sent King pie a message on their website and i complained on their Facebook page and on Hello Peter, and todate no communication, when they did reply to my last hellp peter compalint they told me to call them but I cannot see the details as Hello peter protects every ones privacy and their contact details were all blocked, I email again and still no response trhe the brocken pies. I will say dont buy the box of pies from king pie, they might be brocken and You will never get a reply or replacement . I am so dissapointed in this brand.
Todate still no response about the brocken pies in the box I bought. I will never support this company/ brand again. !! I will take my hard earned money and purchase from another brand.
I have been with Panel station since 10 September 2018 and recently they updated their platform, For weeks I was not able to log in to my account and was getting told my account was terminated, after a few emails that was sorted out due to some techinical problem they had, I understood as these things can happen. But regarding my points, after months of waiting for my points to be credited, I am now unable to redeem my points for vouchers, as the OTP pin never gets sent to my number, Panel station say on their site that one should wait up approximatley 4 to 8 weeks for points to be creditited, I understand with all the changes and possibly some technical issues things can get delayed, bit not to be able to cash out what is die to me, after MONTHS of being patient and waiting, I find this rather unfair. I took my personal time and diligently completed surveys, to get the rewards due to me, and now I am unable to redeem what is due to me is very unfair, and unprofessional on the Panel station side. I have emaild and posted on their facebook site only to get no response. Iam asking politiely that Panelstation can help me to redeem what is due to me. I currently have 22500 points I want to redeem for vouchers and 11400 points in review. Please Panel station help me to redeem my points for vouchers.
I app**** for a loan, I have sent bank statements pay slip and a confirmation letter of my salary date being changed, yet Unifi still has a problem and keeps asking for these details. I'm so fustrated.
I bought 2 boxes of King Pie's from Makro Amanzimtotie, only to get home to find that the one box, was filled with Brocken pies... I contacted King Pie via their website for a reference number, no response. I messaged them via Facebook, only to be told that they would have someone look I to the matter, no response, I have emailed King Pie no response, I have tried. Calling them and ran out of airtime waiting to speak to a consultant, I have reported to posting images on their Facebook page and again no reply, it's almost a week... Not just the Brocken pies are bad but also King Pie's customer service.
Another week later ( week3) since I last reviewed Finchoice and still NO UPDATE on why my account is saying it's in an arrears... It's paid in full and I have a paid up letter. I am also unable to use my app. No one is fourth coming as to what the issue is and I can't access mobi money... Very poor slow service.
I app**** fir a top up on my loan, Unifi has access to my bank statements via their app, IV also sent my bank statements that current only reflect up to 2 February 2026, They want February's playdate, but my stamens are not reflecting that as yet as February is not over and the statements are not updated to my playdate as of yet. I honestly don't know why they can't see my last pay date and history of good payments up to-date. Most companies look at the last pay date as they understand that the current will not reflect. I'm over this back and fourth, it's time consuming and frustrating. I will be closing my loans once payed off and going elsewhere. I honestly do not recommend Unifi at this stage. I'm so disappointed as this has never happened in the past, when IV app**** for a loan in the middle of the month.
Last year I paid my loan in full. I recently wrote a review as to how my profile on Finchoice says my account is in arreas, I got a response, that they aim to give good service blah blah.... and that my complaint had been esculated, well its almost a week later and the problem has NOT been resolved, When i log in to my profile, it still clearly says my account is outstanding and Iam not able to apply for any further services. I find this service of poor service and unprofesional. If you require a loan please do your research read reviews and think very carefully. Becuase its clear they do not want their customers to return.
I paid off my loan with Finchoice last year, and have not used it since, its paid in full and i see on my profile it still says my account is behind... I have email them to ask why this notifiaction is their when i already have a paid up letter, but i get no response. When i call I get passed from pillar to post, I have evn tried to activate the mobimoney, no I get no fed back, Finchoice obviously does not need my buisness. So thank you Finchoice for the poor service, I will take my buisness elsewhere.
Iam so disappointed with Stanley's Stationers, I ordered my children stationery, I paid the one invoice in full, and due to their mistake they delivered the one order, so I paid part of the total, and had told the lady I was dealing with that I'd pay the balance now in February, tonight I get an invoice for the balance as well as the invoice I had already paid in full for. This is shocking, After I pay my last amount I will mo longer do business with this company. Be careful you are not double charged. Thank goodness I have proof of payments.
