UNISA don't take ************** complaints serious, especially when one of their students have a certificate to be a HIV councellor and discriminate against someone with this degree and they happy the person have this disease... Sad but true
I want to say that the experience is always good, but that is very rare... The service at the front desk is non existent... They don't greet you, all they say with no enthusiasm, 'next'... That's it and it seems like they joined the police only for a salary and then have to bare with poor us, the public and their facial expressions shows, that they hate every minute of it... The service is poor and how they deal with cases being made there is even worse... My one case were not even registered, imagine that and I was with a senior staff member... Service is ridiculous, just now and again you get a good experience and if you look at it, then you realize it was just how service should be, not going the extra mile... Will they ever change ❓❓❓
What a pity I have to even give them a star... They are a firm that deals in an ********* manner and a breach of misconduct... ************ seem part of how they do business... It's just my luck they tried it with the wrong person... They acted unprofessional and breach the POPIA (POPI) ACT... You would think as attorneys, they would know better, even they can do a massive slip up... They not interested in conducting ethical business... What a pity they still in business, but they won't be able to cover up their misconduct on behalf of their client... Both are guilty... Rope away on a boat‼️
The fees are quite high on these myciti buses, so please maintain the buses... ****roaches are not what I expect while traveling in bus E312 from Waterfront to Milnerton... What if we carry these creatures home... Sis man
I just would like to comment on the payment system. They no longer operate with cash, which means you are actually discriminating against certain class of individuals. Imagine cash is all you have and you want to spoil the family, they won't be able to utilize the facility. That is **************, because not everyone is comfortable with a bank card and have one. So you discriminating against a massive population in South Africa and doesn't Intaka means bird in Xhosa and most black and colored people have so little funds and if you think you can do without their income, think again... We live in South Africa and cash should always be an option of payment, otherwise you only want to deal with the middle class and elite... Imagine if the financial system crash for a week, you would go back to a cash system... Rethink your option, you discriminating against a huge part of the population in South Africa...
UNISA is an institution that have many students and when one complaints about one of their students studying psychology and that's a councilor for Hiv, then UNISA is fine with it... The stigma against Hiv is a real one and somehow some students get away with it
You suppose to make life easier on the working class and the poor, but instead your company charge so much money and you not customer friendly at all... It's like the experience is more beneficial to you, the company... And that is how to make more money... And the state of the buses, not good, almost like you don't have a good maintenance team... Please fix your issues and become more economical...
Milo was always my favorite drink... Now it just taste like any other hot chocolate, something is missing or lacking in this drink... I wish companies can just leave a winning combination, but no it's like they can't enjoy the success, they always want more... How sad
I've never thought that our government has fallen so bad... Simon's Town Police station is so bad, that I phoned 4 times already and no one is answering... What happened to answer within the first 3 rings... Service is the most important thing that differentiate you from the next police station... Please get the basic right...
Vodacom has this new biometrics system, that like in my situation if your partner is not available but he pays them by debit order every month, you as the wife can not get an upgrade or collect the new contract phone, because he must visit a branch of Vodacom... You would think Vodacom would assist a customer that has 3 contracts with them without any default of payment ever... Their customer service seems stuck here, I mean they won't confirm via email or phone, but previously to get the customer the rules favored them as it does now... What happened to exceptions and going the extra mile? I think Vodacom is overrated and their back up service needs an upgrade...
