I want to say that t...
I want to say that the experience is always good, but that is very rare... The service at the front desk is non existent... They don't greet you, all they say with no enthusiasm, 'next'... That's it and it seems like they joined the police only for a salary and then have to bare with poor us, the public and their facial expressions shows, that they hate every minute of it... The service is poor and how they deal with cases being made there is even worse... My one case were not even registered, imagine that and I was with a senior staff member... Service is ridiculous, just now and again you get a good experience and if you look at it, then you realize it was just how service should be, not going the extra mile... Will they ever change ❓❓❓

I'm so sorry that I have to give them even one star... Where do I start... You waste your time and money phoning them, the phone just rings and then go off after so many rings... No one is there and if you go to the front desk, you will see that there's sometimes only one person on the counter assisting a long line of already irritating customers... Can they not please do something about the pathetic service there... Please someone help them‼️

I'm so sorry that I have to give them even one star... Where do I start... You waste your time and money phoning them, the phone just rings and then go off after so many rings... No one is there and if you go to the front desk, you will see that there's sometimes only one person on the counter assisting a long line of already irritating customers... Can they not please do something about the pathetic service there... Please someone help them‼️

The Wait was worth it
The wait was worth it. I'm please with how the officer hanged my issue. Yes I waited for a van for 3hours. This was the last 2 weeks Of November 2025. But the officer was determined to assist fetch my TV from a ***** technician at Slovo Park. I'm pleased with his services.
