In August 2024,i claimed insurance, I had to pay R11400 excess fee. I am appalled that I gave this insurance all the information regarding the other driver but is now 04/01/2026 I have not heard anything regarding my excess fee that I paid. Yet I pay my high premiums every month.
Such a terrible dining experience, their old stake nearly chocked me. Surely they cooked and froze food the day we booked. It wasn't fresh. The waitress named Merlyn/Marlyn was sour the whole time. We asked for savients till we left had to lick our fingers. I'll never set my foot at Qust four waterfront restaurant.
The wait was worth it. I'm please with how the officer hanged my issue. Yes I waited for a van for 3hours. This was the last 2 weeks Of November 2025. But the officer was determined to assist fetch my TV from a ***** technician at Slovo Park. I'm pleased with his services.
I bought 58 inch flat screen Hisense TV at Game Somerset west in 2022.it is still under the guarantee. Suddenly the TV displayed lines with no physical crack. I called the store after numerous attempts they came to assess the issue. But never gave any report apart from the rude Indian who came to my house telling me to throw away the TV. I called the store only to be told the report said it's customer negligence. Which is a lie, all Hisense tvs do not last with their cheap quality. I will never again buy any Hisense product. Pity I still have their microwave which may have unresolved issues soon.
I have never been so distraught by Santam insurance. I know for kitchen Sink I pay for the parts. But suddenly I'm expected to pay for labor as well
What an appalling experience at mc Donald's Strand. They sold me mcfeast burger that came straight from their bin. Their box was so dirty and torn as though they were feeding a *** on it. It's not the 1st instance, they also sell burgers with insects from their letus.
I took my brand new car to Total garage Strand car was paid R110 for a full wash. The guy did an owful job I regret not doing it for myself. Car was as though it was wiped with a demp cloth and spayed. All the dust and dirt on door seals was as it. Tires were like a dog had peed on it. The manager didn't care...
I recently installed a car tracker in my new car on the 4th December 2021. Today 09.12.2021 I tested the tracker it's not working. Cartrack pty Ltd confirmed its not functional it needs repairs I am so appalled cz their customers service is so poor.
We took a wifi contract with vodacom on 23 July 2021 it a 20 G day and 20G night. We were not happy about it cause data won't suffice and the affordability to upgrade is a struggle. We had called your call center to cancel the contract on the 27 July, we were told to go to the store to cancel. At the store they sent us again to a call centre till the 30 July. The call center said now we must pay R3000 for pre mature cancelation. How so cause it's your call centre which didn't cancel on a 1st call. Same customer service centre wants to charge us but it sent us from pillar to post when we were within the 7days. VODACOM IS A SCAM.
After a very terrible service on 8th July with A very late with no apology from Eldo coach a bus from Somersetwest to Mthatha, supposedly departed on a rainy evening 18:50 it arrived at 8pm. I have decided to give them another chance. Tonight on the 14 July from Mthatha to Somerset west. We saw the front people leaving the coach no announcement nothing of what's so ever to the second bus. That had limited space. I had to berg people to allow us to have a 2 seater with my daughter. I'll never board this bus ever.
