Such a terrible dining experience, their old stake nearly chocked me. Surely they cooked and froze food the day we booked. It wasn't fresh. The waitress named Merlyn/Marlyn was sour the whole time. We asked for savients till we left had to lick our fingers. I'll never set my foot at Qust four waterfront restaurant.

1st time I had lunch here the food was great. On Saturday though I complaint about the prawns being undercooked, my onion rings hard and almost burnt,and the sauce too lemony. I was promised a new plat. I had the feeling that it was the same prawns and I lost my appetite. Got home and I think my suspicion was correct.

I'm writing this still as confused as your staff who don't seem to know your own policies and procedures. so when you phone they tell you you cant make a reservation downstairs but on probably one of your busiest days when Springboks vs Nz there was a que probably 50 strong outside patiently waiting to get a seat. from where i was standing i could sea large table inside unattended and had been for over 20 min while my self and the rest of the que where still waiting to be seated. her come a group 14 strong walk up to the ladies' at the front and immediately escorted the this table by passing everyone else. Now i ask you HOW is this not a reservation if not why did they get priority its unacceptable make up your mind either you do or you don't take reservations.

Staff memebers absolutely unfriendly i came there with my family while it was raining i ask is there a seat inside where by she sed no but u can go upstairs not telling me the prices is way more higher an its more like a date vibe ontop... when i asked about the prices all the waiters smiled making me feel very unwelcomed i left with my family felt like i walk of shame...when i told the waiter under why ddnt she say anyt about different prices she laughd will never return to that place pointles having good food with bad staff members we left an wil not return unplesant staff

The food was great and well priced. When it comes to the staff though - that is the element that will make not go there again. The waiting staff was unfriendly and barely visible - almost seemed to happy for us to leave. The manager on duty last night (24 May 2024) was also very disrespectful to staff and after seeing his attitude I was convinced to never go there again.

I ordered the catch of the day. Within 10mins of eating this I had a serious allergic reaction. Turns out it was Yellowtail. I got Scombroid Poisoning. I called the restaurant and got told 2 people has the same reaction that same day and 4 in the last week. WHY KEEP YOUR POISONOUS FISH ON THE MENU.
