1st time I had lunch here the food was great. On Saturday though I complaint about the prawns being undercooked, my onion rings hard and almost burnt,and the sauce too lemony. I was promised a new plat. I had the feeling that it was the same prawns and I lost my appetite. Got home and I think my suspicion was correct.
I went into a branch at the cancelled my contract. The next month I'm debited, but received no data? I reversed the debit order and then the actually debited again and claiming an extra R202 for an unpaid debit. Why did I not receive a letter saying I canceled my Contract, which was already out of contract for a year.
So I went there yesterday after craving fish. Felt no heat when taking the box, but being tired and in a rush I didn't open it. Fish was definitely old. I was thinking why I ordered last and got my order 1st, but was in such a hurry to get home. Never again.
For the 2nd time I was dissatisfied with their burned chicken. Sent photos on their Facebook page and had a promise that a manager would call me, which has not at all. The manager didn't even see fit to apologize via Facebook.
August 2020 I bought a ring, which I never got to wear as it was for a special occasion, but because of covid never had the opportunity. I was planning to wear it recently and noticed the ring had a few missing stones... 3 to be exact. In store I was told I must pay to have it fixed. I feel this is poor workmanship and would like to have another ring or my money back.
