*****sters/****mers posed as sales consultants for this company and used this to **** and clone my bank app and ***** my money as I left a KitKat outlet in Pretoria Silverton, the black guy asked me to download the app through Play store - This is a mobile cashback and rewards app that pays you for everyday activities like shopping, surveys, and sometimes games. Obviously they **** & got hold of my number & the first transaction I wasn't notified until a few minutes later when my bank immediately suspended my profile due to suspicious activities as they were now buying multiple times at Carlos Liquor store, it was a black man and his female accomplice. What A pathetic company that offers Rewards on purchase. I have tried to change my cell phone number but have received a message that says they are unable to change the number and that I must re register with my new number. After re registering my cash back was showing zero. Which meant that SavvySaver has ****** me of the Cash back in my Wallet. SavvySaver is a Pathetic Rewards company who will rob you of your cash rewards. I have been trying to update my cell phone number so that I may cash out my money in the wallet. I received a message today that says they currently can not update any numbers and that one must re register which I have done only to see that you have lost all your cash back. What a waste of time dealing with them. They simply found a way to rob consumers😡😡

I trusted SavvySaver.
It is so strange after Woking so hard saving points to accumulate a certain amount to be able to withdraw them as cash. When the day arrives I do my withdrawal leaving some few points to work towards for the other withdrawal some time. The 3days of processing has passed it over three weeks now neither have I received my withdrawal. Even the point I left has disappeared .

If there was a 0 rating I definitely would rate that this company is a total **** please don't even waste your time, I kept snapping receipts for like a whole year just to get to one hundred rands, they accepted the receipts, when it was time to claim they came up with an excuse saying I did not snap my own receipts because of the reward card names, mind you I use my family member's cards when I cannot find mine, we all misplace things sometimes,. Save yourself time cause they will come up with excuses that don't make sense.

They don't allocate the points as promised
Having extreme issues with getting my points allocated. On three different slips I purchased the following respectively: 2X Black Crown 6 pack Castle lager NRB 24 pack 2X Brutal Fruit 6 pack I have sent numerous emails but the points have still not been allocated to my profile.

Bad!!!!
Bad bad bad!! Don't even waste your time downloading it. No service, their emails seems to not be working so bad. I've been waiting for a cashout. All they know is to give you a reference number. So bad!!!
