I OPENED A SAVINGS ACCOUNT ON THE 23/02 /26 AT ABSA LAUDIUM.ON TUESDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM ABSA FOR A FUNERAL POLICY THAT I DID NOT OPT FOR WITH A OF PREMIUM OF R102 TO BE DEBITED ON 26 /02 /26. I IMMEDIATELY WENT BACK TO ABSA AND THE CONSULTANT COULD NOT FIND A POLICY ON THE SYSTEM SHE CALLED ABSA LIFE AND COULD NOT GET THROUGH SO SHE SENT AN EMAIL. I ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO ABSA BUT HAVE HAD NO FEEDBACK. THIS MORNING THE PREMIUM WAS DEBITED AND WAS RETUNED RD. ASAP HAS CHARGED ME FEES FOR UNPAID ITEMS SOMETHING I DID NOT APPLY FOR. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ABSA AS NOBODY CAN ASSIST YOU. I CALLED ABSA THIS MORNING AND SPENT OVER R23 WAITING IN A QUE. FNB BUSSINESS ACCOUNT IS THE WORST. I PURCHASED FOR AN AMOUNT OF R679 ON UBER EATS AND WAS REFUNDED R600.52 FOR GOODS OUT OF STOCK. FNB HAS NOT REFUNDED ME EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROOF FROM UBER THAT A REFUND WAS PROCESSED. I CALLED FNB ONLY TO BE TOLD TO LOG ADISPUTE ON THE APP WHEN TRYING TO LOG THE DISPUTE IT SAYS CANNOT PROCEED. What A pathetic company that offers Rewards on purchase. I have tried to change my cell phone number but have received a message that says they are unable to change the number and that I must re register with my new number. After re registering my cash back was showing zero. Which meant that SavvySaver has ****** me of the Cash back in my Wallet. SavvySaver is a Pathetic Rewards company who will rob you of your cash rewards. I have been trying to update my cell phone number so that I may cash out my money in the wallet. I received a message today that says they currently can not update any numbers and that one must re register which I have done only to see that you have lost all your cash back. What a waste of time dealing with them. They simply found a way to rob consumersπ‘π‘
Geyser started leaking on Sunday morning at around 6am called FNB claim was logged under 3 minutes and service provider called within 4 minutes of ending call with FNB. Within an hour the plumber was at my home took 12 minutes for FNB to approve the claim and a new geyser was installed.
Excellent service from FNB Claim sorted out in under an hour. Service provider called me within 7 minutes oof logging my claim. Will definitely recommend FNB insurance.
I have been using Uber twice a Day since April. Today I booked my ride to Centurion Station and the app said card not accepted so I paid with another card linked to the same bank Account. But now I see on my Banking App that Uber has charged me 2 times for the one ride an Amount of R60.20and the ride which was R65.34. In total I was charged R125.54 for a ride that was R65.34. They do not have a number to call as one provided says discontinued and there email address is not valid as well.
Purchased from Coastal Pets on 14/03/2025 and paid for Delivery. RECEIVED AN SMS AND EMAIL FROM DPD THAT MY ORDER WAS OUT ON DELIVERY TODAY 20/03/2025 IT IS NOW PAST 6PM AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER THE DRIVER WAS THABO RAMETSE . I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY AND EVEN SPOKE TO OCTAVIA WHO SAID THEY DELIVER UNTIL 6 PM THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE AND I HAD TO TAKE A DAY. OFF WHICH WAS WASTED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PARGO OR DPD AS THEY ARE USELESS. π‘π‘π‘
Purchased a Bus Ticket using Zeropay during a Family emergency. ALL I can say is that using Zeropay is Quick and Hassle free with a zero interest payment plan.
Placed an order on 26/01/25. Received an email today stating that order is cancelled due to No Stock. I used Payflex as a payment option and now I am having a problem getting a refund. Woolworths says contact Payflex Payflex says contact Woolworths. As for customer care they are Clueless regarding refunds and say they are not sure. When calling Payflex the only message you get is " Sorry we can not take your call due to high call volumes. Pathetic service Niraj Durgean 0615150752
