The worst transport service always late with rude drivers act like they’re doing people a favour by picking them up also as someone who lives in a place where most used public transport is my citi the service is the worst from the stuff and the station to the rude agents over the phone do better

Today in this bus the be seated was not 100% possible as the passengers we had to move from seat to seat to not let the invested ****roaches climb on us, run onto to our belongings, this heat made this pests came out and it run all across the bus. The bus came from Omuramba and I boarded the bus at Table View, destination Atlantis and if my luggage was not so big and heavy it would have got up from the seat and stand in the bus but this bus trip I had to pull my luggage so close to me which made this trip unbarring. Does these busses ever get deep cleaned? Fumigated?? One can clearly see where these pest are hiding and meaning management of your cleaning department would see there is an issue with pests investing these busses as this is not the only bus as most busses seems to be invested. I will write a Complaint on Hello Peter also as I feel this unhygienic trips are not fare as people pay to use the service while paying good amount to take to their destinations work, leisure etc and now everyone using these busses are risk of caring these pest back to homes.

Drivers are extremely RUDE, driver are always driving fast, driver are NEVER on time and driver never want to stop for the people that are waiting at the MyCiti bus stop. MyCiti and Golden Arrow are literally the same. So annoying

You suppose to make life easier on the working class and the poor, but instead your company charge so much money and you not customer friendly at all... It's like the experience is more beneficial to you, the company... And that is how to make more money... And the state of the buses, not good, almost like you don't have a good maintenance team... Please fix your issues and become more economical...

Last week my daughter got to school late after I dropped her early to the station. Today it took her an hour and a half to get from Omuramba to Pionner Village. I've called their customer services only to be left holding for 15 minutes until the call got disconnected. Their service is becoming ridiculous.

Why are there never enough buses on a Saturday and Sunday 109, 118, 108, 105?? Our work schedules does not change on weekends. Due to hardly any buses we are all forced into one bus!! This is outrageous and unacceptable!! Sort your yourselves out myciti. Put more buses in the morning and after 5pm so that all of us weekend working folk can travel to to and from work hassle free!!
