Myciti civic centre no ethic in the bus queues especially Mitchell's plain route

The myciti at the civic centre the staff standing Infront by the bus waiting area have no control over the people who travel with the myciti service especially D04 route people force and push from the back of the queue to get into the bus first before the people that's standing Infront of the queue there's no order no ethic at all and the staff here does nothing about it so unprofessional they should put people here who can keep order in the queues and not allow people to behave like that it's disgusting for grown adults!
