Mycity is going down the drain

What a horrible bus service. Your staff at the civic centre in town is extremely ***********. Imagine waiting for your bus (D04, Mitchell's Plain), you're infront in the queue and the moment the bus arrives, people from the back runs first to get in, pushing you out of the way while Mycity's staff just stand and watch? Everyone wants to get home but to have people from the back push you is unacceptable. Your staff needs to be better by ENFORCING order amongst people. The service is becoming pathetic! What do we pay for?! If the bus isn't late then this is what happens.
