Birthday Gift
Received the perfume as a birthday Gift. It's literally the same as the original scent. I'll probably be getting more.

MyCiti Bus Omurumba to Adderly route is a mess.
I have had many instances where this bus does not show up for over 30 minutes. Today, I reached my peak because I am a young woman with a work routine that involves taking a bus from my residential area and connecting to a train to get to work. A bus from Omurumba to Adderley did not show up on Narwhal and at Biscuit Mill for over 35 minutes at each stop. I had to make alternative arrangements for Biscuit Mill so I could at least get to work on time. This was after I had already logged an official complaint, where a lady took down all the details and logged the call. She was quite helpful. After not receiving my reference number within the provided time, I had to call back. The gentleman who assisted me gave me the reference number, but could not provide an estimated time for when I should expect feedback. He used phrases like “first come, first served” and was unable to pull up the details of my complaint. I also asked for a review page, and he failed to provide that as well but gave me an email instead. After finding this review page with a 2.1-star rating, I understand why. I work in customer service myself, and basic human engagement is crucial, especially when you are failing to deliver a service. I took the time to call about a service that is not being delivered, after I have already spent my own money on it. My biggest concern is that buses from Adderley to Omurumba are on time, but buses from Omurumba to Adderley seem to operate as they please, without considering the impact on people like me who rely on punctuality for work. My Punctuality affect my work Performance! Register that.... If the buses are not running back to back, they are extremely late. People complain about this all the time, and if this continues, it will eventually lead to organised protests. We cannot continue paying for a service that we are not receiving. I'll chose not to dwell on Customer service and not disclose any names as this review may affect them, but you really need to work on this specific route. It's getting worst by the day.
