Worst Company to ever deal with, Most of their employees are very rude, don't assist clients when they need to, specially the HR and Accounts department, they think their **** dont stink. The only helpful people there are the guys who work on the network, very friendly and helpful. The owner of this business most definitely doesn't know how to look after his employees. Such a Shame.

More down time than eskom, these okes really are the pits, there network is always failing, and they always have some poor excuse as to what happend. When net is running it's a constant fight over high latency, gaming is a nightmare on this network and the support is none existent , i would strongly recommend staying away from them

Service is down more often than it's working lately. Their support only works between 8am and 4pm weekdays and as long as it's not dark outside. Don't answer phones when service is down. Total lack of customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Wasted money on installation.

I have been with SecureLink for 8 months now. When I first joined, I was very happy with the professionalism of the installation and found the fiber to be quick. However, as time passed, the fiber began to drop frequently. This was a concern, as I was working from home due to COVID restrictions. I phoned them 5 times on one day - no answer. I tried phoning them on other days, still no answer. I resorted to sending emails - no response. Lastly, I resorted to simply cancelling my debit order and waited for them to contact me so that I may voice my complaints. After 18 days, I received an email informing me that my debit order was not paid. I responded to the email, informing them of WHY my debit order was not paid as well as the issues that I have been experiencing with my Wifi. It has been 3 days now - no response. Do not waste your time with SecureLink - I wish someone had warned me before I wasted my time.

I'm a resident in Riverglades Estate in Jukskei Park. I joined Securelink just over a year ago as they were the only fibre ISP provider in the estate. My soul purpose for upgrading to fibre was to enjoy a better online ps4 gaming. My service was upgraded from a 4 mgb adsl line to a 20 mgb fiber line. For the first four months I had an excellent experience and I could tell that having a fibre link made all the difference. Regrettably my service has been dreadful and I hardly get the same gaming speed now as before, and even worse than my 4 mgb adsl line. I've been talking to Securelink now for the last 6 months regarding this matter and all they can tell me is to do a speed test on my laptop (which according to them is the true performance indicator of my line speed) and not to use my ps4 to do a speed test. However, I keep on telling them that it use to work fine and now it barely works at all. I suspect that they are blocking port or throttling my service (something which they have denied). The fact of the matter is that I'm almost paying a R1000 for a service that barely delivers on it's service. I'm tired of complaining to their service team as they are pretty much as effective as a drunk trying to walk a straight line. I hope that this post will reach their management team and that they'll take the time to actually "fix" my problem instead of just "looking into it". Kind Regards,
