Do not be fooled by the "no call-out fee"! I asked this business to come and have a look at my swimming pool pump, after a swimming pool expert informed me that no electricity is reaching the unit. The electrician arranged to be at my premises at 11:30 - he showed at 14:30, without apologising for being late. After about an hour, he informed me that no electricity is reaching the unit, which I already knew. He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the unit fixed the "proper way" or the "cheap way". I responded to say that I was so unhappy with the question, I didn't want them to do any more work at my premises. He then still proceeded to charge me R1000 for "inspection fee", to tell me exactly what I already knew before he showed up late to my premises. "No call-out fee", but they just call it something else and still charge you without adding any value whatsoever! Do yourself a favour and skip over this business when looking for a good electrician.
It has happened twice now that I wanted to trade my old car in on the new car, and instead decided to try Weelee. In both cases I received significantly better offers on Weelee, and in both cases Weelee's staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and quick. In fact, I listed my car on Weelee on Monday and received the money in my account the very next day! I can recommend Weelee to anyone wanting to sell their car, and I know I will always Weelee my car going forward!
Selling my car on Weelee was extremely convenient and easy. I got more for my car than I anticipated or asked for, and a friendly and helpful staff member phoned me everyday throughout the process to make sure that the dealership was being helpful and quick. I received the money for my car within 3 days of listing it on Weelee. I would definitely recommend Weelee to any person selling his/her car. No more trade-ins!
I have been with SecureLink for 8 months now. When I first joined, I was very happy with the professionalism of the installation and found the fiber to be quick. However, as time passed, the fiber began to drop frequently. This was a concern, as I was working from home due to COVID restrictions. I phoned them 5 times on one day - no answer. I tried phoning them on other days, still no answer. I resorted to sending emails - no response. Lastly, I resorted to simply cancelling my debit order and waited for them to contact me so that I may voice my complaints. After 18 days, I received an email informing me that my debit order was not paid. I responded to the email, informing them of WHY my debit order was not paid as well as the issues that I have been experiencing with my Wifi. It has been 3 days now - no response. Do not waste your time with SecureLink - I wish someone had warned me before I wasted my time.
I found the service to be highly unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to use this business. I received a quote over the phone and said to go ahead. When it was time to pay, my payment was more than double the agreed upon rate. When I asked about this, the owner said that the person at home gave permission for additional work to be done, when in fact that person was never even home. This just shows the integrity of this business. Upon confronting the owner again, he simply ignored my calls or messages. The care taken with the job is also lacking: the old dish was simply left exactly where they removed it. My experience was that this business is only concerned with making money, not happy and satisfied clients. Never make use of their service.
Interacting with this business and it’s owner was one of the worst business experiences of my life. The owner is rude, insulting, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional and unethical. I would discourage anyone from doing business with Matadoor Salvage.
