I have been with SecureLink for 8 months now. When I first joined, I was very happy with the professionalism of the installation and found the fiber to be quick. However, as time passed, the fiber began to drop frequently. This was a concern, as I was working from home due to COVID restrictions. I phoned them 5 times on one day - no answer. I tried phoning them on other days, still no answer. I resorted to sending emails - no response. Lastly, I resorted to simply cancelling my debit order and waited for them to contact me so that I may voice my complaints. After 18 days, I received an email informing me that my debit order was not paid. I responded to the email, informing them of WHY my debit order was not paid as well as the issues that I have been experiencing with my Wifi. It has been 3 days now - no response.
Do not waste your time with SecureLink - I wish someone had warned me before I wasted my time.
