Giving this company 0 stars. I sent all needed documentation to them in August '24. This was according to them "to get the claim in motion, so that when my daughter is born, the claim process won't take that long". Our daughter was born about a few days after that (C-Section). For the first few months, communication was prompt. Never struggled with them, until communication faded to eventually no communication at all. We have called, threatened, begged, asked nicely but to no avail. Going to Labour Law, they know this company very well and get upset not only with them but with the people the opt to use them. Still to this day we received nothing in anything. I strongly advise people to rather take the time and go to labour law yourself, then using any 3rd party including this one. You'll get helped quicker instead of waiting more than a year going on 1.5years for maternity benefits that won't pay out using this company. They **** people in making them think you'll get helped quicker, but instead making thousands out of their clients (*****ing basically). Let's hope and pray for something better this coming year.

Worst Department ever, this is the worst department I have worked with. Waiting for a claim to be approved for more than 25 days you still going to wait for yor money for more tha 10 days to reflect to your account. Their call centre is worse, they can't assist with anything, they are just useless no one will ever give you a clear direction. I pray to God to never deal with department tge rest of my life.

I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my wife's UIF claim. It has now been more than 16 months since her claim was submitted, and she has not received any payment or even a meaningful update. Despite numerous attempts in the past few weeks to contact the company for assistance, she has received no response, no follow-up, and no indication that her case is being taken seriously. This level of service is completely unacceptable. People rely on UIF payouts during difficult times, and being ignored shows a lack of accountability, transparency, and care for clients. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and aware of the poor communication and delayed processing before dealing with this company. I hope this review helps prompt action, because the current experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

I submitted all the required documentation for my mother's UIF claim, who is on retirement, and despite months of follow-ups and repeated assurances, the matter remains unresolved. After paying a service fee with the understanding that the process would be handled on our behalf, we were eventually told to contact UIF directly to proceed with the claim. This is unacceptable — it feels as though the company is taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations, collecting fees and then abandoning clients to manage the process themselves. It has now been over a year of frustration and delays, with no meaningful resolution or accountability.

Had all my paperwork done a month before my delivery as well as payment and only after i have called how many time a month after my delivery a claim was put in.. Rejected and they don't even inform you. I went and did my own claim after my maternity leave as this company does not do anything.. They just want your money. Do not use them!

I would definitely recommend them for assistance with any UIF claim. Having experience myself with the UIF systems and processes, I know there are technical difficulties most of the time from the UIF's side. Little ******s over come these obstacles and will get your claim to pay out. Appreciate them very much.

Little ****** is the worst, I put in my claim with them in November 2022, till this day I still await my money, I've been asking for my refund and they don't even respond to my emails anymore, I find it very unprofessional that you have to pay for a service that hasn't even been rendered, shame on all of you. I advice that none of you use this company, it's completely useless and they **** people. Thanks for nothing.
