I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I submitted all the required documentation for my mother's UIF claim, who is on retirement, and despite months of follow-ups and repeated assurances, the matter remains unresolved. After paying a service fee with the understanding that the process would be handled on our behalf, we were eventually told to contact UIF directly to proceed with the claim. This is unacceptable — it feels as though the company is taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations, collecting fees and then abandoning clients to manage the process themselves. It has now been over a year of frustration and delays, with no meaningful resolution or accountability.
I got married on the MSC cruise ship, and to make things easier for me I went through a travel agency. They did noy deliver what was expected. 1 - They told me that they will pay MSC on the 31st of Jan, this was only done 2 or 3 days before we went on the cruise. 2 - I only received our Tickets 3'O clock pm a day before we left. 3 - Details or packages that they sold to us was discontinued, and we where not informed 4 - A day before we left I realized that one of the guest names was not on the ticket. 5 - After they added her, all her details was wrong, I had to fix this when we boarded. 6 - I paid Easy on board for the guest that did not received her ticket, they added her on the ticket, but did not add the easy on Board. She had to board the long way. 7 - I'm VERY disappointed with this. My mother in law has a very bad allergy against seeds, I have informed Pentravel about this more than Once. I had a feeling that they messed up with this aswell and whent to speak to the reception, and I was right they did not inform them about this AT ALL. Pentravel kept on shifting the blame to MSC, but I feel, you as Travel agency ( The middle man) needs to be there to make things easier for us. Not harder. I went under a lot of stress and will never ever use them ever again. This was only a few of the ***** ups that we had. Im currently still waiting for the additional money that was paid to them which they said they will pay back. Very disappointed. Marischa
