I write this because I have never in my life experienced such bad service, I am extremely irate and frustrated with the run around I have been given by a courier company I did not choose to do business with but have been forced to deal with their incompetence. I lost my phone the past week, claimed from insurance, they insisted on a strict delivery policy. Look where it has gotten us, I have been calling Courierit to track my device and daily I get a different story, I get put to consultants who feed me a different story everytime, they promise to get back to me but don't. I eventually used their websites tracking system and on my end on the 27th the device showed it was on route to the delivery address which is a mall near by, did it get there, NO not on the 27th January when i check at 7pm. On the 28th January I track it again and surprise it was delivered to someone unknown when was it delivered on the 27th January at 17:30pm. How when it was not delivered at 7pm when I checked the previous day. I guess they have a time machine, cause no one can explain to me who this individual they delivered to is, all the consultants I call say the parcel was delivered, then back down and say oh it doesn't look like the parcel was delivered, we need to check. One consultant Unati said do I know an Innocent. Jesus who needs to know where the parcel is you or me? I called again spoke to a Carol requested a manager she transferred me I dont know where and to who. I then called again spoke to a Thuli who stated the parcel was delivered, then again changed to say the other pages dont explain who the parcel was delivered to, she needs to check and call me back, at this point I am beyond frustrated and I dont believe anyone has answers for me. Worst experience ever
At this point i have given up on Payflex, firstly i have never used it to purchase something, but when i try to i get the error my account is blocked, i have called and emailed and chatted with their chat bot to no avail. Why was the account blocked, i can never know. I have tried to be patient and follow their processes but wow, even if they can check their systems i have taken endless pictures to no avail. Consultant name starting with K ref(722682) sent me the very same instruction to take a picture.10 pictures down the line account is still blocked.
Good day I made a purchase yesterday 25th June 2024 at Burger King in Regina Mundi #21541. I ordered at 18:37 and got my order at 19:15, people that ordered after me got their orders before me, why and how I can never understand. By the time I got my order I was irritated and annoyed from the long wait. Got home to find that it was the burger and the chicken only in the bag, NO FRIES. I paid for a full meal and there were no fries in the bag. And there was no way I was walking all the way back to collect fries. I have been greatly inconvenienced by your terrible service and I feel ****** cause j paid for a full meal and didn't get that. I tried to send them an email, the email automated response informed me the user has block emails that are not structured in a certain way and I need to call them to accept me email. You have lost a loyal customer. Thank you
Excellent service received from Assupol Maponya Mall was exceptional. I was assisted by Rejoice, she was truly amazing and made the process truly easy and hassle free. I made the claim today 24th April at 8am and payment was received by 5pm today. I am truly impressed, hence I felt the need to express my gratitude even during my grieving process they made it less stressful for me. I am truly grateful. Rejoice was a star and truly made me feel warmth during this time.
I got the worst service at McDonald's on Von Wielligh street in Johannesburg CBD opposite Chicken licken Calton Centre. I bought a burger and source on the side R8 worth of source was a teas**** serving. I literally went to the counter in disbelief to find out from the staff if that's the source I paid for, they told me that's what they were told to serve. The disgust. Never and never again will I set foot in that pathetic place.
I ordered a on the double pizza at Debonairs Pizza Jabulani Mall and the oorder was accepted and paid for at 13:11pm and an hour later still nothing , I was expecting a call to confirm my address for delivery. NO SUCH CALL WAS MADE! I called numerous times to follow up on my order ,I was told the manager would call me, no call came , a call I did eventually receive was to confirm my address. But again delivery was made at 16:10pm . I called them 22 times. I was hoping to get my order before loadshedding at 4pm. But that was not the end of it, upon receiving my order the food was very cold the boxes were crushed and the extra cheese I paid for was no where to be found the pizza was very dry. I got in the car and drove to Jabulani Mall to get a refund for the dry cold pizza they expected me to eat. Rubbish service for the second time. I got my refund and gave them their dry cold pizza that I had to wait 3 hours for and my wasted petrol of having to drive there which is what I was avoiding in the first place. Thank you Debonairs Pizza Jabulani Mall for ruining my day. Rubbish service
Best service I have ever experienced from a travel agency. The experience provided was truly out this world. Our tour agent Jabulani was a champ in every sense of the word. He went above and beyond to make sure every single one of us were catered for, everything was up to standard. The places, the food and activities. I had an amazing time celebrating my 30th birthday, it was painful that the trip had to end. Thank you Nomjey Tours see you soon
Intercape has the worst service ever, rude staff and they falsely inform you of irrelevant information. I booked a ticket from Park Station to Maputo Mozambique. They said PCR Tests are required and mandatory to cross over to the Mozambique boarder. ( for those who don't know PCR Test needs to be taken within 72 hours before you reach your destination and is very expensive +R500). I called after booking in their whatsapp number, I spoke to a lady and explained is a PCR Test neccessary if you have been vaccinated and have your vaccine certificate. She insisted that it is mandatory to do the test and that it's only in Mozambique that they require such. Lies I tell you... there was no such . That was a bunch of rubbish. The Mozambique boarder simply required your vaccination certificate and passport. Not once did they require you to produce a PCR test. Intercape is rubbish, worse part is when we get to the intercape office at park Station the attendants are rude and one was busy with her make-up without a care in the world of assisting clients.
I had an amazing service from Mathias from Cosmo City Online I believe, he was able to resolve my situation very fast and was able to get me my bed, which had been on layby. He was friendly and understanding to my pain.
So on the 5th of December 2021 I made an order on the KFC app, the order amount came up to R99, the order was not accepted by the restaurant kfc Jabulani Mall. So I tried again and it was still not accepted. But both were deducted from my account, I assumed it would reverse the money back into my account, that it would reflect back in my account within 3 days. That did not happen, so on the 8th of December I contacted their customer service and was told a case has been logged and it should reflect withing 2 to 3 working days. By the 14th it still had not reflected in my account, I had to call and log another request for a refund to be issued. It's the 16th and my money has still not been refunded back to me. Worst service experience, never and never again will I consider kfc again. Disgusting service, fix yalls **** to reverse money back immediately if an order cannot be processed. Nxa rubbish maan
