Extremely disappointed with furniturespot service ....I ordered pedestals from Furniture Spot nearly three months ago, and to this day, they still haven’t been delivered. When I placed the order, I was told that delivery would take no more than 25 days. However, since then, it’s been one excuse after another — from supplier delays to vague promises of “we’ll call you back with an update,” which never actually happen.
Every time I’ve contacted Furniture Spot, I’ve been met with empty assurances and shifting timelines. At this point, it’s clear they either can’t fulfil the order or have no regard for their customers’ time or money. It’s incredibly frustrating to have paid for an item months ago and still have nothing to show for it.
I would strongly caution anyone thinking of ordering from this company — based on my experience, their promises are unreliable, and their customer service is unhelpful. I’m now considering escalating the matter to consumer authorities or the relevant ombudsman. I would appreciate an advise from anyone who's dealt with them before.
