False promises, no response

This is a company i would not recommend anybody use. I bought and paid for an item on the 22 September and still have not received as yet. After numerous emails and phone calls to Glenita , i requested a refund as the product i purchased was an urgent order. I was asked by Glenita to furnish all details in order for the refund to take place. To date I have not had any response from them. If my refund actually happens I will clarify this on Hellopeter but in the meantime, steer clear of these crooks
