Shocking rude and Unprofessional

My car went in for a service yesterday and I had the cam belt replaced. It snapped on my way to work. Took nearly 5 hours off work to get it fixed with not so much as an apology. They had the audacity to give the broken belt back saying here is your old belt! I said you put it in yesterday. The gent Yageshen was abrupt and had originally quoted me more than 3k until my husband got the price down. Does he think women are stupid or don't they even care. So disappointed with Fury Woodmead. I wouldn't recommend them
