On the Saturday 7th of May, I ordered a part from Fury Haval Woodmead. A Right Fog Light Cover for a H2. I was assisted by Aubrey. He said he's system is down and he will call me when it's back up. The day ended and he didn't call me back. Monday the 9th, Tuesday the 10th went and he didn't call me back. Wednesday the 11th,I call him to follow up and he still had not checked if the part is in stock. Once again he says that he will call me back. Today's is the 24th,he never called me back. Such terrible customer service 😢. I needed the part as my car was being repaired.

Services took 11 days to do a diagnostic test and no report. They just told me to replace my engine that is 6 years old. No communication, pathetic having to constantly call. Finally had to get a tow truck and fetch my vehicle myself.

Last month I visited my local GM delearship, Fury GM Woodmead, to browse new GM vehicles,and I was very impressed with their dealership. Their showroom was spotless and their cars were clean and sparkling. Their sales team are very polite and eager to assist you too! I got an amazing deal on my trade in aswell. I am very happy with my new car, and you should try out the Fury GM Woodmead dealership.

We purchased some GWM parts and paid for them on 4 September 2020. We did not receive any update and attempts to call you have been futile several times as the line is not picked once transferred to their extension until we sent a complaint on the 11th of September. This poor customer service was the same experience at the time of inquiring availability of the same parts through you. Nevertheless, being a Fury Woodmead client from 2018, we proceeded to pay for the order hoping service delivery will improve. We were buying the parts for our business customer and some of the parts have not been delivered yet which has been detrimental to our business and has resulted in a substantial loss. This is so disappointing as we expected a quicker turnaround ( 3working days as mentioned when the purchase was made). Even more frustrating is the fact that we have to chase after Fury to communicate with us to let us know what is causing the delay. We still haven't received some on the parts in over six weeks. My car went in for a service yesterday and I had the cam belt replaced. It snapped on my way to work. Took nearly 5 hours off work to get it fixed with not so much as an apology. They had the audacity to give the broken belt back saying here is your old belt! I said you put it in yesterday. The gent Yageshen was abrupt and had originally quoted me more than 3k until my husband got the price down. Does he think women are stupid or don't they even care. So disappointed with Fury Woodmead. I wouldn't recommend them

<p>I bought a car at Fury Woodmead GM in December and Billy (GM Sales), advised me that the car was still within the service plan only to find out on the day of the service that "my"service plan has expired. I was never going to buy that car had I known beforehand. Mind you, the called me hours after dropping my car off to tell me that my service plan has expired. Where the hell am I supposed to get money they quoted without budgeting for it???</p> <p> </p> <p>They must just be honest with customers and never sugarcoat nonsense with lies just to make a sale!!!</p>
