We purchased some GWM parts and paid for them on 4 September 2020. We did not receive any update and attempts to call you have been futile several times as the line is not picked once transferred to their extension until we sent a complaint on the 11th of September. This poor customer service was the same experience at the time of inquiring availability of the same parts through you. Nevertheless, being a Fury Woodmead client from 2018, we proceeded to pay for the order hoping service delivery will improve. We were buying the parts for our business customer and some of the parts have not been delivered yet which has been detrimental to our business and has resulted in a substantial loss. This is so disappointing as we expected a quicker turnaround ( 3working days as mentioned when the purchase was made). Even more frustrating is the fact that we have to chase after Fury to communicate with us to let us know what is causing the delay. We still haven't received some on the parts in over six weeks.
