I had been searching for this specific vehicle for some time, and I was pleased to finally find it here.
The only challenge was reaching an agreement on the finances. The salesperson, Simon Phoku, together with his manager, made every effort to communicate openly and to accommodate me as much as possible.
The application was processed, but that is where the difficulties began with the Finance Department. The experience became unpleasant when I rejected the high interest rate of 15.8% offered by one particular bank, and I was informed that all other banks, including my own, had declined my application.
To clarify the matter, I contacted my private banker and, a few days later, returned with an approved rate of 12% from my bank. At this stage, however, the Finance Department appeared to delay the process, and the deal took much longer than expected to conclude. I eventually had to escalate the matter to higher management and personally follow up in order to get the transaction finalized.
I would like to extend my appreciation to those who conducted themselves with honesty and professionalism throughout this process.
Overall, this is not a bad dealership, but improvements within the Finance Department could go a long way in reducing client frustration.
