bad after sale service

Very bad after service from Mazda Woodmead.

bought a car from them last year and motor plan was supposed to be transferred to my name as it was agreed upon. The salesmen I was dealing with left and now the manager says I must ask the salesmen who left to pay for the transfer. I have it in writing where the salesmen agrees that it was supposed to be done.
