I just picked up after 3 days that my permit has expired and no one has called to advice on status of my disc. What if I had received a ticket. When I sent a message I was informed that they have the disc, however the person who was helping me was on leave. Secondly, when car tracker was installed they found a spaner in the engine. Thirdly i was advised to bring the car back in January for polishing, am still waiting

I took my car for service yesterday. I would have expected the service agent to call me and update me on the progress or even call me to inform me that my car is ready for collection. At 16:00 I called to find out how far they are with my car. Only to find out my car is ready for collect. Upon my collection I was then informed then that my brake pads need to be changed, my service agent did not even bother to inform me, I would have told them to fix them and I’ll pay on collect. What makes it worse is that they didn’t even wash my car. I collected my car in the same state I brought it in. I’m beyond disappointed with the service I received.

If Mazda wants to shutdown they should inform us the clients because I'm running a business and when you call for spares no one answers and when I got answered by the receptionist on the 6th attempt and I explained to her that no one is answering in the parts department, instead of escalating the matter she transferred me to a dead line before I had finished explaining. This is not the 1st time this happened and there seems to be no sense of urgency in addressing this inconvenience

Very bad after service from Mazda Woodmead. bought a car from them last year and motor plan was supposed to be transferred to my name as it was agreed upon. The salesmen I was dealing with left and now the manager says I must ask the salesmen who left to pay for the transfer. I have it in writing where the salesmen agrees that it was supposed to be done.

I had my service done with Mazda Woodmead branch Last year Sep 2023 around. In December 2023, my start started giving me problems. It used to stop anytime if driven long distance and then automatically start after an hr or so after cooling down a bit. I took it to Mazda Woodmead and they said its a battery problem diagnosed so I replaced my car with the battery as per their Suggestion which costed me 3K approx. But again Feb/March 2024, my car started doing same problem, it used to stop anytime on highways, deserted street areas etc. I had to tow it twice and I took it to Mazda Woodmead again twice. They said they couldn't diagnose anything and sent me home all the time all is fine. Problem persisted and I was much stressed. My car was in severe condition to take on the street so I parked it for 2 months around due to financial situation at my end. I finally decided to change the dealer and thus took it to Mazda Fourways in month of May/June when I was bit financially ok. Mazda Fourways diagnosed it within 24 hrs and I was shocked that reason for my car problem was because Mazda Woodmead didnt do the "Fuel Recall" (something related to Fuel Pump) in my last servicing in Sep 2023, they could see in the service history on the system as well regarding the same. I was literally shook that I was facing all problems/stress because of this Woodmead Mazda dealers, plus when I took it to them they changed my battery squeezing money out of me and then when problem was still not resolved they kept giving me different justifications for it every time but never helped me. It was Mazda Fourways that helped me to sort my problem that was caused due to Woodmead people. It was a 5-6 months nightmare for me when I was not able to drive peacefully, had to park it for months and borrow car from friends for assistance etc. Peter was the Branch Manager involved in all this matter and he was such an excuse maker to get rid of my issues. He extracted money with a battery replacement and then never helped me when issue persisted. I have the document kept with me from Mazda Fourways the issue car had which was Mazda Woodmead fault. If we cannot trust the estimated dealers like this, who else should we trust as a customer.

I am a first time buyer of a vehicle, I went with a colleague who promised to assist as he knew someone at the dealership, we went to buy the vehicle in the beginning of May, 2022, I was excited and all and really should have taken more time, in understanding what I was getting myself into but I didn't get that they just wanted to make a sale off me, however I didn't see the car until after signing the papers, I realized the maintenance plan is ending and service plan the following year, I was never consulted about the types of interest rates I wanted, I didn't even know it had a balloon payment (as the last time we spoke I told them to add a R30k balloon but they made it 30%), I asked them to use the 15th as a payment date but they are it the 1st and had to struggle to change it, they even brought their lawyers but failed because they didn't read the contract, they constructed a deal and communicated with my colleague as if they were communicating with me, I know I have signed but I thought as a first timer they would ask me or anything but they never did, now I'm fighting to lower the short fall and trade in the car as I can't afford to have a bad record and get the car repossessed, but honestly I'll never go back to FURY MAZDA FOURWAYS ever again, I regret my decision everyday but atleast driving the car makes me forget about the situation. I hope to find a dealership that will respect me and my money, FURY is a no go unless you're friendly with the managers and owners

Mr Moodley who works at Fury Mazda woodmead needs to change his stinking attitude, especially when dealing with customers. He liaised with me as if I can't comprehend or understand English. It's unfortunate that Mazda has lost a customer due to a specific individual who lacks having basic manners. Appalling service! A big shout out to Zakhele Ngwenya, he rescued my morning, exceptional service, keep it up.
