I've got no help whatsoever, when I get through to the call center, today I have been told that the service can not be renewed due to customer behavior. I've vented out my frustrations but not even the team leader is able to help, she had the audacity to tell me to take a hike and she hung up the phone on Thursday 09/. Is this how a consumer is supposed to be treated? To whom it may concern, I only need the money deposited to be paid back into my account and I'm glad to not associate myself with such appalling service provided by team leaders and staff members. I am most annoyed that I keep on calling and taking time off my busy schedule to entertain people who don't know how to resolve an ongoing issue and the solution is to terminate or state that my behavior is unjustified and that's why you canceling the service.
