Policy

I took out a car insurance policy with Pineapple since September 2020. Today I’m trying to claim for an emergency as I have locked my car keys in the car. Only to find out that they can’t trace my policy. From changing from my previous insurance to them. A big inconvenience. I need this to be sorted today as I am stuck in a public place

Spare Key

I purchased my car in July 2019. To date I have not received my spare, it is a huge inconvenience especially when one mistakenly locks their car keys. Of which that is why they are called spare keys

Criminals

Hi was registered at Gandhi Square Johannesburg asked for a transfer to Atteridgeville. They did an Upgrade I pay R299. Paid a lump sum for the transfer. I was actually robbed of my money as I was not supposed to pay for a transfer. Now they telling me they are blacklisting me for what they don’t know. As I pay a monthly subscription. Frustrated consumer

At some stage in my life, i wanted help to clear my debts. Found debtsafe, but did not sign anything, under a day i was under debt review, asked them why they said they had ti call my creditors without approving anything?, months down the line i start paying my debts on my own without them. Try to contact them regarding this. No one seems to can help. The only contact they have with me is to pay them R1960. I call debtsafe every 2weeks since last year September for someone to help, no one can. A lady called Andre is supposedly my relationship manager, is never available, nor can get back to me. I've cleared my debts and need a clearence letter from them till today, nobody can help me
