Incompetence and not understanding their own terms & conditions
My card was stolen from my possession, and someone was allowed to swipe around R8000 worth of phones and clothes without any verification done, the purchase was made at Exact Maponya Mall, I am so disappointed in the service delivery from most of these big companies, I went to enquire about why proper checks were not being made before selling to someone and I was told unfortunately "that's how it is" the people who authorized the sale and the criminals should account, I'm just disappointed and once I've settled my amount before the fraudulent purchases I want to close the account and never affiliate myself with them again also I plan on sueing that store

FURY MAZDA doesn't care about some of their clients
I am a first time buyer of a vehicle, I went with a colleague who promised to assist as he knew someone at the dealership, we went to buy the vehicle in the beginning of May, 2022, I was excited and all and really should have taken more time, in understanding what I was getting myself into but I didn't get that they just wanted to make a sale off me, however I didn't see the car until after signing the papers, I realized the maintenance plan is ending and service plan the following year, I was never consulted about the types of interest rates I wanted, I didn't even know it had a balloon payment (as the last time we spoke I told them to add a R30k balloon but they made it 30%), I asked them to use the 15th as a payment date but they are it the 1st and had to struggle to change it, they even brought their lawyers but failed because they didn't read the contract, they constructed a deal and communicated with my colleague as if they were communicating with me, I know I have signed but I thought as a first timer they would ask me or anything but they never did, now I'm fighting to lower the short fall and trade in the car as I can't afford to have a bad record and get the car repossessed, but honestly I'll never go back to FURY MAZDA FOURWAYS ever again, I regret my decision everyday but atleast driving the car makes me forget about the situation. I hope to find a dealership that will respect me and my money, FURY is a no go unless you're friendly with the managers and owners

Standard Bank VAF, McRoberts Attorneys and Fury Mazda
Where to begin, I got my vehicle from Fury Mazda in May 2022, gave my documents and stated I'd like to be debited every month on the 15th, mind you it's my first time buying a car, I wasn't shown where the agreement date was so I continued and signed coz of excitement, later found out I got a balloon payment I wasn't aware of, didn't get a choice between fixed and revolving interest rates, as well as the date was chosen to be the 1st of every month instead of the 15th, been trying to change the date to the 15th for nearly 2 months but it's still a train smash, my first payment was supposed to be on the 1st of July, I call and asked for the debit order to be made on the 15th and they agreed to a one time debit order, they agreed and I paid, following week I get a call from McRoberts Attorneys saying I'm 3 months behind on payment, i then called the bank to find out what the problem was and I was told that it's out of their hands, i then sent a PoP statement to the Attorneys and never got a call back or email to even apologize for the miscommunication between them and the bank, I called again the same day to make a debit date for the 15th of August and they still haven't deducted the amount, I called and they told me its a manual debit and will run within 48 hours, the sad part is that I bank with standard bank and highly rated them but for them to do me wrong like this, I don't want anything to do with that bank anymore and once I'm done with this car payment I'm changing everything, I don't even wanna hear the words Standard bank, they're just so incompetent in all aspects.

I HATE INSURANCE COMPANIES
I was covered from the 3rd of May until I canceled on the 10th of May and they still had the nerve to take my full premium on the 13th of May what nonsense is this, this is not right they should take for the days covered I want my full refund!!!
