Guys I'm really disappointed with the afterservice I got after buying my 65 inch hisense tv last year April, Not the TV has a split screen and technician comes and tells me it can't be fixed under warranty because of ****roach damage, in my 45+ years on this earth this was the weirdest reason I've ever heard and for hisense not honor their warranty because of roaches is like telling is customers we should go live on Mars where there is no insects,this is just a money making scheme and guys beware when buying these products, now I need to pay to get it repaired as expensive as it was now a household insect is costing me because the manufacturer forgot there is roaches in houses
Why would you have one of you agent call me on my phone to speak to my wife when she has never had an account with Mr Price,this is so inconveniencing and annoying as you expect people not to be working during the day to entertain your people wanting to speak to someone else on my personal phone, really change your harassing tactics
If Mazda wants to shutdown they should inform us the clients because I'm running a business and when you call for spares no one answers and when I got answered by the receptionist on the 6th attempt and I explained to her that no one is answering in the parts department, instead of escalating the matter she transferred me to a dead line before I had finished explaining. This is not the 1st time this happened and there seems to be no sense of urgency in addressing this inconvenience
This is one of the worst service I've ever gotten from a tracking company.Called in to schedule a fitment for April the 28th, wasn't given a time,waited the whole day,technician was a no show,called on the 2nd of May to find out what had happened,was told he wasn't working in that area,why nobody informed me ,I don't know, rescheduled for 10 o'clock April the 3rd,guess what nobody comes,called at 11 was told technician called in sick, rescheduled for 1 o'clock, still no technician called them back was told scheduling department closed at 1.mind you this is a business unit for my Truck and wanted to migrate my other trucks to Cartrack because of what they were offering on the package, but clearly they can't deliver and am contemplating canceling my contract with them,No one seems to take account in this company and clearly one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. When you run a business you can't have people wasting your time like this ,if someone is willing to take responsibility they can call me on 0834367190
Bought 5 packet ls of fizzer sweets written 100 units each from Makro woodmead, in all 5 packets there were short by either 2 or 3 and in 1 packet it was 5,other packets were short as well as damaged sweets,can I know who is benefiting here ,why they r never over and don't you think you are causing deliberate losses on resale businesses
Had the worst service from a salesman named Sheldom & i feel sometimes pple just get away with bad behavior, wanted a part for my car & was chatting on WhatsApp & he couldn't pick what I wanted even after sending pictures, so I went with a sample & he showed me the part he had on the computer and it was totally different so I asked if he could get it pick from stock as it might have been superseded, he snapped on me that I was speaking too loud & it made him feel like I was shouting at him,which shocked me coz was as friendly as normal ,but what I picked up is when he said the whole day he had to deal with clients shouting at him, it doesn't mean if I'm on the other side of the counter I can shout at him,I tried to calm him down by asking what did I say to offend him and why he was grouping me with the rest,the response I got was him walking away with hand gestures & rude tongue clicks.We really deserve better as clients and he has no right to take his frustrations on me especially after he found out that the picture and the part in stock were totally different, the one in stock was the right one,if there was some1 who was supposed to be upset was me but I kept my cool, management needs to make sure power is not abused like this,been working with Goldwagen for years as someone with his own workshop ,have good relationships with stuff from many branches, ask Jeff -rivonia, Emmanuel Wynberg,why would I pick on him
Today I received the worst service ever, was trying to track my truck that's going to DRC and haven't been able to do so for past 3 days, called in and was transferred 7 times to get help and the end never got any,the attitude of the consultants was rotten and I don't know why the voice recording talks about excellent service because the staff has no clue on protecting your consignment, please retrain or change your people rasflavor1@gmail.com
Been doing my grocery shopping at pick & pay woodmead since they opened and never been satisfied with the service there,now I have something to compare with is why I'm writing.I can see it was deliberate 4 the company to employ old ladies & all I can say is ,it is and was a bad decision because at the tills there is no urgency and we stand there for ages to get served, compared to the last few months when you had these youngsters at the tills maybe being trained or something but boy was the service fast and friendly, the manager should just review the cctv cameras to confirm my observation, the attitude of these old folks just socks and for such a big shop ,hypermarket to be exact ,service needs to quicker,hope you review whatever policy you have in place
Went and bought a new electrical water pump for my car since the old one had slight leak but working perfectly, fitted the new one they supp****, and it had a rattle on it and wasn't pumping optimally to such that my car started overheating, went back with it since the invoice states there is a 7 day warranty ,was told warranty is void since it was fitted on the car ,don't know how are you supposed to know if it's working or not without fitting it,was told they can't give me another one after spending R3850,this is some shoddy practice and they shouldn't sell parts they don't know are working or not and take a lot of money like that
I bought a Samsung top loader washing machine for R8000 last month, only to discover that it was dyeing my light clothes, not staining but dyeing, tried to lodge a query with Makro woodmead on the phone, wasn't helpful, had to go in-store, they my details, only to find out the query wasn't logged, after going in-store again ,only got a reply a week and half later, I thought that was the end of it,another week later repairer called me to say technician was going to come to my house, they came for 5 minutes only to confirm what I had explained in detail all along and that they will collect it the next day ,they don't tell you what time they will come even if you insist so had to take 2 days off, this a 15kg machine, my light clothes are ruined,who am I to claim from and this is a brand new machine that I can't even enjoy, now I need to deal with the repairer instead of makro being the 1 to take charge, all I want is a working new machine as advertised, Makro standards have really fallen maybe it's due all the noise of strikes and dismissals, the makro of old is gone this is just day light *******,
