Frustrated doesnt even explain how we feel right now. My Husband took our car to Mazda Fourways for a service and then a rattle on the door or seat belt started. Then he took it back to ask them to have a look. Yesterday we received a call to bring our car in today 15 June 2021. They told him they need to take our car for a test drive. They took our car for 20 mins and it came back in the worst condition, they seem to have taken it on a dirt road . They drove it reckless as you can see from the condition it came back, the fuel consumption etc. I dont know who gave them the right to drive our car recklessly and why did you not allow him to come on the drive to show you what was wrong. you can drive the car at 60km and it makes the noise. How can you guys be so irressponsible. We take such good care of our car and you treated it like dirt. Mazda Fourways you really are disgusting

I took my car in for a service. Everything was fine, no issues. Upon fetching my car, I noticed multiple scratches. I told the consultant whom then called the manager. The manager looked at it and said no ways that happened here am I must have scratched it. I work hard to pay for my car and I have insurance. I'm not looking for some1 to fix up scratches 'I made'. I didn't even get as much as an apology. Seemed like fixing those scratches that they made was such an inconvenience for them. I would rather drive further to another Mazda to see to my car going forward.

I recently bought a vehicle from Fury Mazda/Suzuki Fourways. Great experience. From the salesman I dealt with, Tommy, who brought me the vehicle to test drive at my workplace, to the Manager Gareth, who came to install my license plates himself in an urgent fitting before I took a trip away from Joburg. I'm recommending a friend to buy a car there next month because of the great customer service I received there. Keep up the solid work.
