Most pathetic service received. Missing parts since August 2023. Keep calling with no answer. When call answered, they say they will call me back and that's since a month. Will never do business with BAIC SA again. Selling the damn car!!!
I decided to splurge and buy new skin care for myself. I bought a set which includes day cream and night cream and an extra toner. Within 3 nights of using less than a pea size, the night cream was finished. I have been using the day cream and toner for 4 weeks and barely looks touched. Im so disappointed in the money I spent to get 3 uses out of a night cream. All products were sealed.
Vodacom fourways mall is pathetic. I did a sim swap in store and they said i will receive an email. Got the email but no confirmation code. I was told all i need to do is follow the email. I called 11 times and not a single time did the store answer. I called the call center and they say i must go all the was back to the store.

I applied for a personal loan 2 months ago. Got my pre approval and then needed to be contacted to finalize the loan. Nobody contacted me. I have applied again where they do not see a reason as to why my loan process wasn't continued. Now, I phone 2-3 times a day to see where in the process I am. 1-3 day turn around time is long gone. Don't even know if I want to continue banking with them.
I called 4 times for roadside assistance. I requested a call back as my airtime would run out. I have been waiting for over an hour with no assistance. They didn't even know if I have the towing option on my policy. Pathetic!

I took my car in for a service. Everything was fine, no issues. Upon fetching my car, I noticed multiple scratches. I told the consultant whom then called the manager. The manager looked at it and said no ways that happened here am I must have scratched it. I work hard to pay for my car and I have insurance. I'm not looking for some1 to fix up scratches 'I made'. I didn't even get as much as an apology. Seemed like fixing those scratches that they made was such an inconvenience for them. I would rather drive further to another Mazda to see to my car going forward.
I called to change my details- I was called back within a few seconds with a consultant who was eager to assist me. I appreciate this service
