I bought the Eua Dynamisante as a gift. It came in a cheap, leaking bottle. I was prompted by email to review which I did honestly. Clarins then volunteered to replace the bottle. I must repeat, they VOLUNTEERED! When the replacement arrived, I packed it away to travel as it was a gift for my sister. When her bday arrived and she opened the package, I was horrified to see a bottle of even less content than the original one. I informed Clarins, but they are ghosting me. Mothame started off friendly but never actually did what he promised :-( When I was again prompted to review, my review stating what occured was rejected.

Customer Service is shocking, Mothame you need training. Clarins has no loyalty to long standing customers who have supported them for years!!

I am very disappointed in Clarins South Africa. My package was not delivered to my correct shipping address. The team refused to deliver to the correct address and this was the company's error (as explained by an employee in customer care). The company has still not delivered my package to me. I would like my package to be delivered to the correct shipping address.

I went to Edgars Menlyn mall in Pretoria to purchase a foundation met a lady called Phumzile hopefully the name is correct, she was so amazing she has the best customer service, she is patient and willing to help especially if you are new to the brand. Because of her I can safely say I was convinced already put on an order definitely a keeper.

I would like to give a shoutout to Clarins South Africa customer service agent, Lindiwe, who worked tirelessly to locate an order that my grandmother had placed when we had no record of it (due to an typo in the email address). It's rare to have someone be so committed to solving one's issue, and after many days she finally did. Very grateful to you, Lindiwe.

I have experienced excellent service from the Clarins Agent at the Woolworths store in Gateway. She helped me choose products that were great for my skin type, she always explains benefits and cost as well of tthe so that you are comfortable purchasing it. I haven't changed my product since. Thank you, D.

Clarins, I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service on delivery for the purchase I made on 10th July 2024. I was told via a telephonic conversation with you today firstly whether I received my order and then was told there was 'a mix-up' with my order. I simply cannot understand how an order can be so confusing to cause such a delay. This is not the usual service which I'm accustomed to from you. Get your act together Clarins!!! In this economic climate a bad review on your business is a bad-mark, people expect nothing but professionalism from your organisation.
