Shocking service!
Clarins must have the worst customer service of any cosmetic house in South Africa. Very quick to spam you, take your money….but don’t ever get back to you with a query. Shocking service!!!0 replies

Note to self: DO NOT USE TRAVELSTART!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! The most pathetic service. A simple query has to be “escalated” and they can only attend to it tomorrow. The worst service ever.1 reply

Do NOT bother with Dash in Knysna!
Woolies Dash in Knysna is beyond pathetic. NEVER on time (if they get here at all), always out of stock, orders cancelled, calls dropped. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!0 replies
