I absolutely like it when a business responds well to tracking its customer satisfaction ratings.
Last week I took my 2008 Ford Ranger for service and the guy servicing me Ismaeel was personably and caring.
I was impressed but thought to myself this is to be expected.
Ismaeel kept me informed as to where the status of the vehicle was and informed me as what the service people were saying about my car.
Later that day Noman Ford Fury’s wonderful and respectful driver called to tell me the car is ready may he come pick me up.
I agreed and he came to pick me up!
What really blew my mind was totally unexpected a week after receiving my vehicle Ismaeel sends me a thank you letter in which he appreciates me servicing my Ford with them and promises that should I be in anyway or form be unhappy about his service or the work done to my car I should not hesitate to inform the dealer.
That is what customer service is all about, and Ismaeel has lifted my spirits. There is hope yet for this country!
