Service can make or break a business

Just a heads up regarding the company Futon Dreams . They get their beds from Beds on line and don't be fooled , they also make a markup on price by R1000.00. I went to futon dreams under the impression that they make the beds however they are a third party supplier. So in future dont let this company fool you . go direct to their suppliers who are beds-on-line. I will never do business with them ever again. The order was placed on the 11th Nov and only received the correct bed on the 30th . They never phone you back and you have to beg them to get an answer. We as the public would like to support smaller businesses but not when they try and rip you off . So public be aware on how these people function. I will never do business with them again nor ever refer any customers to this company. VERY BAD EXPERIANCE!!!
