Serious Concerns Regarding Listing Representation and Professional Conduct

I am lodging this review to formally document my experience with Future Estate.

I became aware of property listings being marketed in a manner that raised serious concerns regarding representation and authorisation. When these concerns were raised, and the matter was escalated through the appropriate regulatory channels (PPRA), there was no constructive engagement or clarification provided.

Instead of addressing the substance of the concerns transparently, communication was avoided and attempts were made to contact me directly after it was made clear that the matter had been escalated.

In the property industry, regulatory compliance, proper mandates, and transparent communication are non-negotiable. Buyers, sellers, and landlords rely on accurate representation.

I would strongly encourage anyone engaging with this agency to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure that proper mandates and authorisations are in place before proceeding with any transaction.

This review is not written lightly. It is written out of concern for professional standards within the industry.
