I am lodging this review to formally document my experience with Future Estate. I became aware of property listings being marketed in a manner that raised serious concerns regarding representation and authorisation. When these concerns were raised, and the matter was escalated through the appropriate regulatory channels (PPRA), there was no constructive engagement or clarification provided. Instead of addressing the substance of the concerns transparently, communication was avoided and attempts were made to contact me directly after it was made clear that the matter had been escalated. In the property industry, regulatory compliance, proper mandates, and transparent communication are non-negotiable. Buyers, sellers, and landlords rely on accurate representation. I would strongly encourage anyone engaging with this agency to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure that proper mandates and authorisations are in place before proceeding with any transaction. This review is not written lightly. It is written out of concern for professional standards within the industry.
Outcome sought: Refund of R4,000 Booked. Paid. No-show. No refund after months of follow-ups. I am lodging this complaint regarding Careful Movers for a failed moving service booked for end of August. The move was confirmed for 10:00 AM, later changed to 12:00 PM the day before. Despite multiple calls and assurances, no truck arrived by 4:00 PM. This caused serious disruption: • The apartment had to be vacated that same day • The destination complex restricts truck access after 4 PM The driver only contacted us at 5:00 PM, making the move impossible. During the day, the driver responded dismissively to calls and showed no urgency. I paid R4,000 upfront. Since September, I have requested a refund. The company’s representative, Blessing, has repeatedly promised proof of payment and resolution. No proof and no refund have been provided to date. This matter has now been outstanding for several months. I am requesting immediate repayment of the R4,000.
Samsung has completely ruined my festive season. It's been an entire month since they delivered a broken 49" monitor - one of the most expensive monitors in their range. Promise after promise and there is no customer care! This is theft. More than 30 days. No replacement and no refund. I will never be supporting the Samsung brand ever again.
I bought the most expensive computer screen money can buy from Samsung, which was then delivered broken on 25th November. I reported that it was broken immediately on unpacking the screen. It's been a week and a half, multiple emails that get ignored and a standard response saying they are waiting for 'logistics' to give feedback. Totally unacceptable service. I can't even take it in to a Samsung store. Terrible communication and no-one actually making a plan. Added to this it's almost impossible to speak to a team leader who can escalate the issue. I'll never be supporting Samsung as a brand ever again! I needed this monitor for work purposes and leave soon on holiday with the matter still unresolved.
Never ever use this company. You will be stranded with no one to call. The absolute worst service, no one to phone and drivers who laugh at you when they are 4 hours late and still on a trip. You are asking for pain and suffering working with such an unprofessional company.
Absolutely incredible service and lightning fast turnaround. I dealt with Nombali Maseko who was so professional and on point with communication. She really took all the stress of a motor vehicle accident away and my car was booked in at the panel beater in less than 24 hours.
I had the most incredible experience. I ordered last minute and needed delivery super urgently. Boitumelo bent over backward to ensure that I was taken care of. The mattress I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me to an even better one for free. The driver delivered to the mattress at past 8pm at night just to make sure I had a bed to sleep in. I am super impressed. This was incredible customer service at its best! Thank you so much.
