I thought this company was a great choice, until I checked my stuff and my watches were missing. I called Blessing he said it cannot be that watches are ****** and that they move big items for people but the items don't get lost, he said he will interview the people who were moving my stuff and he will get back to me, even now I am still waiting. I will never ever advise anyone to move with these people, for the mere fact that they do not listen to the customer. The movers are protected even when they are wrong.

The company was unhelpful in the quoting process, especially for me as it was my first time using a moving company. I did not list enough, so most of the move was not done, my mistake. When I spoke to Blessing I clearly advised that the place I live and the place I'm moving to are on the first floor. I get the quote stating it's ground floor. I correct this in writing to Blessing, no response. On the day I get arrogant movers unhappy that it is first floor and an additional bill to pay before unloading. Thanks for making moving even more stressful!

Outcome sought: Refund of R4,000 Booked. Paid. No-show. No refund after months of follow-ups. I am lodging this complaint regarding Careful Movers for a failed moving service booked for end of August. The move was confirmed for 10:00 AM, later changed to 12:00 PM the day before. Despite multiple calls and assurances, no truck arrived by 4:00 PM. This caused serious disruption: • The apartment had to be vacated that same day • The destination complex restricts truck access after 4 PM The driver only contacted us at 5:00 PM, making the move impossible. During the day, the driver responded dismissively to calls and showed no urgency. I paid R4,000 upfront. Since September, I have requested a refund. The company’s representative, Blessing, has repeatedly promised proof of payment and resolution. No proof and no refund have been provided to date. This matter has now been outstanding for several months. I am requesting immediate repayment of the R4,000.
