Unable to contact
I have now been trying to get ahold of rain for the past 2 days, calls to their call centre keeps dropping and the one time i was able to talk to someone she hung up. My wifi has been off for 2 days. Fix this or cancel the service cause at this point what am I paying for ?

Service excellence
Thank you to Aquila (name spelling might be wrong) from the Cape Gate branch! Your service today was absolutely amazing 👏. Ive been to a few cell c stores in last week and by far I would recommend that you go to her. Definitely do not go to the tygervalley branch they are unhelpful and can not tell you anything about any of the products they sell.
