Roach found in unopened Futurelife

Roach found inside product - Earlier this year I opened up a new box of peanut butter futurelife and found a whole ****roach inside the package. At the time I was eating futurelife regularly and this experience really disturbed me so I emailed the company - they took months to get back to me with answers - today they sent me a statement saying that they 'investigated and found no way that a pest could have contaminated the product and sent me a R120 'free complementary' voucher to make up for my experience.

This is so disappointing. I no longer feel safe consuming these products and I also feel ignored as a consumer as this process of even getting a response took months.
