In 2023 we had to replace the glow plugs on a Ford Ranger 4x4 auto. In January 2026 we had the gearbox done at a Ford approved agent. At the end of March 2026 we serviced the vehicle at Fuzion Motors in Vredenburg. Shortly after the gears were 'slipping' and we went back for diagnostics and were referred to the gearbox agent. The agent is 2 hours away from where we reside. On making the trip their diagnostics show that there is a chip in the computer that is faulty. We go back to Fuzion and they cannot help us as they are fully booked. In the week waiting for the booking the vehicle struggles to start. We test the battery, it passes. On handing the vehicle to Fuzion we later receive a call saying they cannot work on the vehicle as the battery needs replacing. They also cannot put a battery in to carry on the diagnostics as this would mean resetting everything twice. We buy a new battery. The next call tells us we need to replace 5 glow plugs (after 24 months?). The cost so far is sitting at around R5k. We give go ahead for another R4.5k for plugs. We then wait 3 days as they must be ordered. The next call tells us that the 5th plug cannot be removed as its 'stuck', seemingly burnt out from the battery issue. To drill it out an Expert is needed and this will be R5k for him to do a call out and then whatever other costs. On querying why the dealership cannot do this we are told they dont have the expertise. We phone around to find a more cost friendly option and call back to say we will collect the vehicle. Fuzion then tells us actually the plug is half un*****ed but stuck and they dont recommend trying to ***** it back in. This leaves us no choice except to accept the costs to have the vehicle repaired. I really feel that if I pay dealership rates they should have the expertise. We service at a Ford dealership to ensure the vehicle is correctly maintained and yet this is what we get. Ford South Africa has shrugged their shoulders, saying sorry you are experiencing this but your vehicle is out of warranty so it has nothing to do with us.

Motor dealerships have the unfortunate reputation of ignoring customer complaints once the vehicle has left the floor. With Fuzion, my experience was excellent. Thank you to Duonay and Elthea for their professionalism in handling all concerns I had, and having them sorted out. To be honest, you don't get very many dealerships that behave like this. Congratulations to you and your team 🎊 👏. I will not hesitate to recommend the Fuzion Motor Group to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle.

I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. Buying a car can often be a headache, especially when it comes to after-sales service and dealing with issues. But if you haven’t met or dealt with Deon Gouws from Fuzion Malmesbury, you are missing out on what true customer service looks like. Deon is the epitome of excellent customer service. Fuzion Malmesbury – Deon is truly upholding your name in the public. I would recommend anyone to deal with him. I can send him a WhatsApp at any time of the day and he always makes me feel like a priority. I recently had an issue with my sunroof. This morning I sent him a video showing what it was doing, and within 5 minutes Deon was at my workplace, fetched my car, and the issue was sorted out. 10 stars to you Deon and the Fuzion team! ⭐ Fuzion Malmesbury, you have gold in your team. May God bless you and I hope you go far in this industry.

Although I ultimately didn't purchase the car, my experience dealing with Ian H. was superb. His attention to detail and excellent communication skills truly sets him apart. I felt he genuinely had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
