Great Customer Service
I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. Buying a car can often be a headache, especially when it comes to after-sales service and dealing with issues. But if you haven’t met or dealt with Deon Gouws from Fuzion Malmesbury, you are missing out on what true customer service looks like. Deon is the epitome of excellent customer service. Fuzion Malmesbury – Deon is truly upholding your name in the public. I would recommend anyone to deal with him. I can send him a WhatsApp at any time of the day and he always makes me feel like a priority. I recently had an issue with my sunroof. This morning I sent him a video showing what it was doing, and within 5 minutes Deon was at my workplace, fetched my car, and the issue was sorted out. 10 stars to you Deon and the Fuzion team! ⭐ Fuzion Malmesbury, you have gold in your team. May God bless you and I hope you go far in this industry.

Suzuki Swellendam (Fuzion)
I bought a new car from Swellendam Suzuki, assisted by Christo and Magda. Had shopped around (Worcester, Robertson), and they offered the best deal of the lot. In addition, I requested no extras from the very beginning and this was heard and respected, whereas the other dealerships I dealt with pushed extras and upgrades heavily (lucrative for them, but I am the customer). Christo is assisting with a registration error. The above was written on 13.2.26. Update 26.2.26 - I'm no longer rating 4 stars though - instead I'm downgrading to 1 star due to still not having received my registration documents. Two weeks and I've had to nag and remind constantly, and still I'm not in possession of the correct documentation. Nor did I receive copies of documents I signed on 13.2.26.

Great Service
Although I ultimately didn't purchase the car, my experience dealing with Ian H. was superb. His attention to detail and excellent communication skills truly sets him apart. I felt he genuinely had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend!

This has been the best pre-owned vehicle experience I’ve had to date. Firstly, the friendly professionalism of my Sales Agent, Ian Herm****, was nothing short of spectacular. He went above and beyond any new or pre-owned sales agent I’ve dealt with before, and I wholeheartedly recommend the Fuzion Team at Fuzion Motor Group. Secondly, Nastassha Mostert, the Business Manager who handled my vehicle finance application, was exemplary. She secured the best finance approval for me, making the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you to these outstanding individuals, I’m confident they’ll agree this trade-in and sale is one for the books, marking the beginning of a partnership we’ll remember fondly. Congratulations to Fuzion’s management—make sure you retain these two stars!

Fuzion Motor Group - Poor Customer Service
I won’t ever buy another car from Fuzion Motor Group situated in Kraaifontein. Their after service is the worst i have ever experienced. Fazlin the sales rep simply brushed off all responsibilities pertaining to the sale of the vehicle and refused to assist with fault and repairs identified after the sale. I will not recommend them to anyone in the market wanting to buy a vehicle. Simply put, really poor customer service. Sale matters more than the customer.

Fuzion Motor Group Mulmesbury
This is my 4th time buying a vehicle and I am yet to find service that matches the service I received at Mulmesbury. Their care and attention to detail is amazing. Fuzion Motor Group Mulmesbury

The best car sale experience I've ever experienced. The personal touch, the warm friendly interaction - the professional service. Elme' Pols and Tania you found me my dream car - in TWO DAYS! And I was driving it. Amazing..... I wish all dealiships were like you guys.
