GBets blocked my withdrawals after suspending my account — no notice, no reason. My account was suddenly marked “suspended / bets restricted” and my withdrawals were also restricted, meaning I could not access my own funds. There was no prior notification and no explanation. I contacted Live Chat and was told it was “escalated”, but I received no reference number and no turnaround time.

Regardless of the internal reason, restricting withdrawals without clear communication is unacceptable from a regulated betting operator. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend GBets to anyone until they demonstrate transparent processes and timely resolutions.
