I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from G-Star. I arranged a return for an unwanted item, but the parcel was not collected on the scheduled date. Since then, I have experienced delays, poor follow-up, and a lack of resolution. I should not have to keep chasing customer service for something as basic as a return collection. This process has been frustrating, inconvenient, and time-consuming, and it does not meet the standard of service I would expect from a brand like G-Star. Overall, this has been a very poor experience, and I am dissatisfied with how my issue has been handled.
