Disgusting food served

To the Owner, Manager and Chef.<br> <br> On recommendation from a friend, we decided to have dinner at your restaurant last night. What an utter disappointment. <br> We order a kiddies pizza 10 minutes BEFORE we ordered our mail meals. ONE hour later our food finally arrived. And only after that the kiddies pizza. <br> 1) Seriously, how long does a kiddies pizza take to prepare? The pizza base was burned beyond recognition. Eating a card board box would have been tastier. <br> 2) My plate had a massive amount of pumpkin dumped in the middle of the plate and 3 charcoal/burned lamb chops (or I think that is what it was) thrown on top of that. <br> 3) My partner, who ordered a medium steak and honey glazed veggies with trio of cheese sauce ~ or so the menu said, received a piece of hard rubber and mixed veggies (probably from pick n pay frozen veggie bags) with some kind of watery white sauce or something. Both our main meals were not seasoned at all and no amount of salt could've fixed that. And for this disaster of a meal we had to dish out R600.00!!!<br> Spur's R80.00 steak and chops are 10 times tastier. I will NOT EVER go back to your restaurant or refer people there.
