Gaap Point Of Sale *****ulent Debit Order Deductions

We signed up as a new buisness in a food court during the month of March 2025, we have 5 outlets and all of them went with Gaap. They made us all sign electronic debit order mandates but they have double debited Nd debited my account numerous times for items without my consent. They have even passed me a credit note and then debited me for a repair to a cable without my consent. Andrea Da Silva is the regional Manager in KZN and has basically told me to fly a kite and speak to their lawyers. Simmi Ponen is the sales consultant who i am laying charges of ***** against.

My advice is to never sign a debit order mandate with Gaap they are known for this and bully clients when issues arise. I will update on the matter once the case has been opened against them.
